Indian Rocks Beach, FL MAIS

Garbage/junk being left out in piles not on garbage day. A complete eyesore and nuisance. Vacation rental being run by a company. Absentee owner. Overflowing trash at all times being left out in the yard because of the huge numbers of people staying in the house.

The property across the street from us had major tree work completed. The piles have been there for over a week and a half. The leaves are now falling off and blowing into the road and into other yards. I hope this is not being neglected due to personal issues the city has with the owner. We see debris picked up twice a week normally when others have done tree work. We live here too and are tired of looking at that mess. Please pick it up. Thanks

Drain at this location is blocked. Water remains backed up here 24 hours after a rain event. Please see if this drain can be reopened to prevent street flooding.

The crosswalk button on the beach side does not make the lights flash when pushed to turn the cross walk flashing lights on before crossing.

Water constantly sits in the street gutter at the corner of La Hacienda and E. Gulf Blvd.
This is a hazard and very annoying and unhealthy do to people having to walk through the water and dogs walking through the water.
This is also a fall hazard.

loud music, so loud, that is rattling my windows. its coming from 2 places down, looking at ocean. this has been going on for 3 days

This corner is very dark to work at night. It needs a light pole. Neighbors put lights but not enough.

There are several events listed on the City Calendar which are either cancelled or likely to be (e.g. Oktoberfest). To avoid confusion, these events should be marked canceled or removed.

House has been pumping water fir weeks. The smell is getting unbearable and neighbors and their pets can’t walk out of their driveway without stepping through a large puddle

2 houses have extremely bright lights on the water that pierce the homes across the waterway. Many neighbors have complained. Probably 2003 and 2005 Bayview Place, IRB.
