Guy setting up encampment in Courtland Creek Park . Scattering stuff everywhere in one day & openly doing drugs. This is a newly renovated seating that high school students from Fremont High use daily.

This is a park for everyone to use not one person so he needs to move to a shelter.

Public path now completely inaccessible. Bicycle chop shop, abandon cars, fires.

The City Hired a contractor to Pave on this street, and this RV is holding a space of street that should be paved. RV needs to be removed by 10/13/2023.

There's a large encampment that gets larger and larger every week. There's evidence of small fires around the park. Theres a bucket of urine and feces in the park that makes the whole place smell foul.

Camper van has been blocking the sidewalk and has been parked for 2+ years. The owner refuses to move even on street sweeping days. This also contributes to waste and miscellaneous items taking space around the camper and van.

Encampment has been abandoned / unoccupied for over a week

Homeless man in tent drunk, yelling and playing radio at all hours for over 4 months. The trash contains urine and feces. Stench, flies, rotting food. Open fires. Public safety hazard. Nuisance.

This Nissan minivan has been parked here for months without moving. Now it is a homeless encampment. There are large amount of broken bikes and trash around. We need city send crew to clean up this mess Now!

Homeless encampment, increasing with trash by the day

Sleeping at Laurel Art Garden full of trash and tent plus structures setup. Unable to use park. Saw couple homeless people also entering home’s properties claiming fences. Also public disturbance, spitting and trying to open home owners vehicles.
