    Daily someone is towing or using property to store and park unregistered cars,onto property. To use as a auto repair ,storage shop.I rent here and made a police report I've been unable to gain access to our parked vehicle on property. A lock and security fence along with dogs have been placed on property to keep from gaining access. I did contact Oakland police.,my vehicle was being tampered with.

The signage for OB200582 reads the 1-24 parking spaces are reserved at 1608 San Pablo Ave. The signage is posted on the 1000 block of Apgar St in Oakland, this is over 1.5 miles away from the designated parking area.
