Illegal Dumping - debris, appliances, etc.Acknowledged9th St & Mlk Jr Way Oakland, California, 94607 - Old City-Produce And WaterfrontThis encampment was previously around the corner on MLK and had been built up and constructed there for over a year before it was cleaned up by the city on 6/4/2022. The individual responsible has relocated around the corner onto 9th St, even closer to more residential buildings. His previous structure had caught fire before, and the current encampment is littered with highly flammable or dangerous materials (a mattress, steel chemical tanks, electronics, power tools, car parts). Not pictured is another abandoned sedan across the street, with its own debris surrounding it. He is consistently trespassing and plugging extension cords into houses with available outlets on the outside. The debris he leaves scattered about is often blocking traffic. He will occasionally play very loud music, sometimes early in the morning or in the middle of the night. Loud, obscenity-laden shouting arguments (again, at any given hour) are also commonplace. This neighborhood feels significantly less safe now.

Illegal Dumping - debris, appliances, etc.Acknowledged1433 Willow St Oakland, California, 94607 - Prescott Oakland Point
Illegally parked RV parked at corner of 14th Street (and Willow). Their trash is covering half a block. Multiple cars come all day and night. Just like the RV, they have no respect for the residents that live here and all dump bags of trash, motor oil and drug needles.
There are 20+ outstanding 311 claims about this RV. Please enforce city, state and federal laws.
District 3 is prioritizing homeless drug users over residents.

3600 Macarthur Blvd Oakland, CA, 94619, USA - Upper Laurel
This is an empty lot that is fenced off on all sides. The fencing has noticeably deteriorated in the past year and garbage/debris/appliances have been increasing. There have been several instances where the fence has been moved into the sidewalk area, forcing pedestrian traffic into the street.
There appears to be at least one person camping in the lot overnight recently and the property has not been well maintained. This potential encampment poses a threat to the surrounding residential community and adjacent commercial businesses.
