    When you're heading south on oracle to make A left turn on river.The light has been changed you can only make a left Turn on a green now. the problem is the turn light is only letting 3 to 4 cars through per lane Before it turns red fifteen seconds max. Sometimes it takes two to three lights to turn left if your in the back on the turn lane. Can you please look into it and fix?Thank you.

    Traffic signal at River and First:
    Since the change has been made so that turning left on yellow or green are not allowed at times, the left turn signal timing to allow vehicles to head east on does not allow enough cars to turn left. Now vehicles are backed up all the way up 1st to the point they can't get into the left turn lane and are blocking traffic coming downhill on First.
