Traffic Related IssuesOtwarte701-987 Vaughn Rd Dixon, CA, 95620, USA - DixonDelivery truck from Cardinal Health continue to be a hazard for through traffic because of their maneuvers every morning. Baxter trucks cut into traffic at ridiculous slow speed disregarding any and all safety traffic laws.
This is the third time I denounce this issue and hold city and business liable for any accident pertaining this ongoing issue. -
Traffic Signal/ Lit CrosswalksPotwierdzoneHeritage Ln Dixon CA 95620, United States - DixonWhen will the newly installed traffic signals be turned on? These signals have been up for months, but have yet to be turned on. They are causing confusion and will eventually lead to an accident. Specifically at S. 1st St (CA113) and Valley Glen Dr, but also W. A St and Pitt School and the other new intersection on W. A St.

Harvard Dr & E Parkway Blvd Dixon, CA, 95620, USA - DixonIncorrectly timed lights at this intersection are using the pre-configured settings for a 4-way stop instead of the settings for a 3-way stop. Westbound approach triggers a red-to-right-green sequence for Westbound traffic, and a red light for Southbound traffic. Both are superfluous and slow traffic unnecessarily. This is acutely noticeable during high school hours.

Trash and RecyclingOtwarteN Lincoln St & Rehrmann Dr Dixon, CA, 95620, USA - DixonWould it be possible to place a trash can at the entrance of the C.A. Jacobs field so people using the field for sport or walking their dogs have a place to dispose of their trash. It would also be helpful if one was at the open gate entrance across from 335 N. Lincoln. Thank you.

TreesOtwarte1001-7859 George Ln Dixon, CA, 95620, USA - DixonReported to a council member that the trees south of West A in the new subdivision at Sunflower and George were dead and dying. Those trees were OLD back in the 50's. Who removed most of the dead trees but left 1 dying tree and several non-conforming mature suckers? At whose expense? How will a blend of re-plants and misshapen old trees be maintained? Was an arborist consulted and agreed to this plan? Older leaning trees could be a public hazard and/or a maintenance issue, either way a burden to the city. I applaud the wishful thinking of trying to preserve a grove of trees but this one is way past its esthetic usefulness. (IMO) Please answer the questions thoroughly when you have the opportunity. Thank you for this format to pursue transparency and accountability without rancor ...hope WE all are successful in rebuilding communication and lost trust missing so long in Dixon.

TreesOtwarte590 W Cherry St Dixon, CA, 95620, USA - DixonTrees and other plants are halfway into the sidewalk and blocking the path. They are completely overgrown and not kept up. Unable to pass this area with a stroller or wagon. We have a lot of families in this neighborhood who walk daily and they have to walk in the street when passing this area.
