Abandoned vehicle parked at Kirk-Bear Canyon for at least 8 days. blocking non-handicapped charging station for EV

Calling to report a vehicle that has been left in the parking lot for 4-5 days now. The vehicle is a black 2022 Chevrolet Malibu with a CA Plate: 9BAJ066

Caller is stating that there has been for 2 or 3 days abandoned motorcycle. The motorcycle has a flat tire and the tires are painted white. The motorcycle has high handles and appears to be a black Harley. Caller could not see the license plate (Caller believes that is stolen and abandoned). Caller has seen 3 or 4 homeless walking by and stopped to see it. Caller stated if you need to contact him, he is always on the garage and can knock on the small garage door.

Caller stated he received a letter from Code Enforcement that a vehicle was caller's responsibility. Caller stated this is not his vehicle nor is it in anyway his responsibility. Caller is stated the ordinances about the vehicle being parked on the street blocking his trash pick-up which has been missed the in the past week. Caller is highly upset to have received this notice. Caller plainly stated this is not his vehicle and not his responsibility. Caller wants code enforcement to remove this vehicle which has been there since this last September. License plate number is THA-1NG Arizona plates, expiring 2/24. Silver Honda Accord, unknown year. Caller is very irate that the City of Tucson would send him the letter.

Caller states that a vehicle has been parked in front of her home for about two weeks. Caller states the vehicle is blocking part of the driveway and completely blocking the mailbox. The caller spoke with the mailman and the mailman stated it has to be moved he may not be able to deliver her mail. Caller states the windows are down and the hood is propped up as though someone has been taking parts. Caller called 911 previous but unable to have an officer ticket. I advised the caller I would be making the report. Nothing further needed.

Caller is the manager for the neighborhood association. Vehicle is parked in a residential neighborhood up on the sidewalk where there are no parking signs posted. Caller reports that vehicles are randomly parking up on the sidewalk on a daily basis. Caller has contacted 911 before and it was reported that a tow truck would go out and remove the vehicle but she is unclear if that ever happened. Caller has called code enforcement but states that the vehicles will be gone by the time they get there. When the caller attempts to contact 911, she is redirected to the city resource line. Caller is concerned for people trying to use the sidewalk since it is blocked.

Caller says there is a vehicle outside of his home that has been there for a few hours. Caller says someone ran the vehicle into the light pole outside his home and they left the vehicle there. The light pole has no damage to it but the vehicle was left by the owner.

3 vehicles parked on the side of the road owned by caller's neighbor, but the cars are blocking traffic and making it difficult for the neighbors to drive by. Neighbors have been trying to report it. Want them removed.

Caller is describing a ransacked Lexus located in the cul-de-sac at this location that has been damaged severly, missing every seat besides the driver seat. The windshield is broken and no one in the neighborhood knows anything about the vehicle. It has a temporary license plate but it has since expired since October 25th.

There is an abandoned vehicle in front of her house. She called about it on June 20th. The vehicle is still there. It's in between her and the neighbor's property line.
