This property has a rooster that is illegal. The lost size is less the 6000 sq ft and requirements for a legal roster for a lot is 44,000 sq ft by law. It is constantly crowing all day and night. You have until Thursday August 11 to do your jobs on having this rooster removed from this property if not I will be calling the county council office of Allison Pickard for district 2 first thing Friday morning August 12. Also make sure you send someone that speaks Spanish and do not use Covid as an excuse that is not a valid reason anymore the state of emergency has be lifted for that for quite some time. Do your job!!

There is at least one new rooster crowing all day long

Chickens escaping the illegally (and poorly) constructed chicken run - not safe for the chickens or the neighborhood. Free range chickens belong on a range.

If someone comes out, it might be good to look at how the run goes right up to the neighbor's fence - I'm pretty sure that one is also not allowed.

County ordinance does not allow residents to have Roosters on properties less than 40K sq ft. This property is much less than 40K sq ft yet the homeowner continues to have more chickens than I can count, and several Roosters. This is disruptive to the surrounding neighbors as they are vocal animals, not to mention the unfortunate smell on a warm day.

Resident has many chickens and several roosters. The roosters are very vocal which is disruptive to the community.
