Business is zoned as C4 (retail, automotive services). Over the past few months the lot has accrued several more junk automobiles. The concern is a significant increase in mosquitoes to the homes directly in the proximity of the business, rodents, fire hazards and not to mention the environmental concerns of breaking down car parts in a stone lot with no intentions to catch the waste (oil, gasoline, etc.) going into the ground.

In addition to the above, the noise levels all throughout the night with tow trucks, etc. coming in and out of the lot has become a nuisance.

this yard has a ridiculous amount of junk including inoperable vehicles, a falling down pop-up garage, construction materials, and other clutter filling up the whole yard

There are broken down cars, boats, trailers, building materials all throughout the yard (including backyard). It is too much stuff to count that is located at this property.

If you go into the flea market on 8th Ave you will find 2 pulled of tires, junk cars and trucks, oil containers, buckets, car parts
Basically they have turned this into a junk yard

Being used has a storage yard for junk in a residential neighborhood. Large work truck has expired tags. Large Trailer has been parked on the lot, with a lot of junk material. Large logs & large pile of wood chips have never been cleaned up from last year. This is a residential area, no room for a junk yard. Can you please take care of this matter. Thank you.

They have had trash and junk piling up for weeks. They are also running a body repair shop from their front yard. This had been reported several times

Tires, appliances, and various other items on the property, clearly visable from the road

Attracting rodents. Causing an unhealthy environment. Household trash in bags are also accumulating

Large amount of trash items left on the front street after the owner/tenant moved out.

The entire property is trash, the structure, abandoned vehicles, boats, campers, trailers, construction equipment, etc. Today something caught on fire and the fire was way to close to a neighbors property. This has got to be a hazard to the surrounding properties.
