We have a quiet residential area in the rippling ridge community and we have people driving through our neighborhood like it’s a nascar event. We would like to add one or two speed bumps near the intersections of aster dr and rippling ridge rd so our kids can play without people speeding through the neighborhood. Thank you. why has the contractor stopped all work on the current phase of College Parkway between baydale Drive and Route 2 they left mess behind they did not finish the sidewalks from the neighborhood stopped to rocks and don't go anywhere I think a new contractor should be hired if this one cannot keep up with the work they have
  • 1253 Youngs Farm Rd Annapolis, MD, 21403, USA - Annapolis
The HOA in this neighborhood installed new yellow painted speed humps. The new speed humps are very aggressive, and we are hearing cars scrape on them all day. The new humps are either too steep or too high. Cars need to all but stop and crawl over them to make it over without scraping the bottoms. Many in the community believe that they are not built correctly.

We have had our entire side of our house and parking area used as a lay down yard for a year now. We waited patiently for them to finish. They have finished A street and now have moved on to Crain Hwy. We want all of theirA remaining stuff moved to their new laydown yard up by the fire station. They have left food boxes and a cooler that filled with water and now we have 2 rats. No one has been here in two weeks. PLEASE help us resolve this issue. Thank You!
  • 1707 Severn Chapel Rd Crownsville, MD, 21032, USA - Anne Arundel County, MD
The recent 're-paving' of sections of Severn Chapel Road using a tar and chip method of surfacing vs an asphalt repaving done on the neighboring Cecil, St Stevens Church, and remainder of Severn Chapel has already begin to degrade within just a few months of use. As Severn Chapel is a main or collector road for the county, a better solution needs to be used as this remains a high traffic connector for regional traffic. This degradation has pushed significant road waste remnants onto residents property along the entire section and is a poor long term cost savings decision for the county.

Asphalt came up creating a hole in street that’s filled with water. Hazardous to drivers
  • 7901 Brock Bridge Rd Jessup, Maryland, 20794 - Jessup
Brock Bridge Rd is closed south of the National Business Parkway roundabout. There is no sign posted what it is for or how long it will last. The road has been closed for 7 days now. The original message only said that it would be closed Wednesday 10/18/23. Brock Bridge is a through road and needs to be opened or the signs should be updated with an end date.

Poor quality of asphalt material used and poor grading of applied product is causing the asphalt to disintegrate into pebbles and cracks and potholes in the street. Additionally the separated asphalt is running on to our driveway on top of the pavers.

A rock from the road construction damaged my car’s windshield
  • 7843 Telegraph Rd Severn, MD, 21144, USA - Severn
Due to the realignment of the median at Reece Road and Telegraph Road, there is a very real safety problem. There is a sign for westbound Donaldson traffic coming up to Telegraph Road onto Reece Road that states Right lane ends beyond light merge left. Problem is the left lane must merge right due to the median realignment. Additionally, the Yield Sign for southbound Telegraph Road traffic turning onto Reece is missing. So now you have traffic merging from both sides of the lane that was supposed to end. I have witnessed many near accidents of merging traffic here. This is a poor design and needs quick follow-up before there is a major accident.
