Storage concession building with significant roof damage. Missing large number of roof shingles in large areas on both side of, and, peak area.
Damage has increased since initial tornado damage to roof in location 1 year ago (Sept. 2021).

The parking lot and building at the North Arundel Aquatic center is poorly lit. I nearly got hit by cars and seen other nearly get hit just walking into the building. There are a total of at least five lights out and the others are not LED and are extremely dim. I was walking around the parking lot while waiting for my daughters class to end and a truck parked at the far end of the parking lot and was doing something in the dark where there are no lights at all. A great place for crime, drugs, etc to occur as it is right at the base of a hill. There are also lights on the building itself that are burnt out and it too is inadequately lit for a county building. I am please recommending increased lighting for the safety of all patrons and staff. Thanks.

The app did not allow an appropriate section. However, on 5/21/22 at approximately 5:45pm my car (2014 BMW428) was tapped in the rear while parked. I was attending LaCrosse games. I need a police report or case to report incident to my insurance company. Thx

Better attention is needed to the “bathroom” facilities at the Eisenhower golf course. Today (2/12/2022) they were DISGUSTING and the cards in tjem said they had last been cleaned on 2/3/2022. That is simply unacceptable! A female could not even consider using them since there was urine and feces on the seats and surrounding areas. You and the management company need to do better. When the weather improves and more people are golfing you will have a real problem.

In the small dog park at Quiet Waters Park, the water pump has been broken for more years than it's been working. It leaked constantly which then damaged the grading within the park. This resulted in the staff having to fix the grading. Even after the water pump has been repaired, unless people knew the handle had to be brought up to the half way point, it would still leak. Most people didn't know to do this, so it leaked and leaked and leaked. Recently, the water was turned off at both the large dog park and small dog park for maintenance. Many of us hoped this would finally be resolved. Once the water was turned back on, there was no way to turn the water off at the small dog park. More leaking and more damage to the grading. This week, it's been turned off again. And the only answer is given is that the machine that fixes it is at another park. Given how many years these fixes have not worked, is it not possible to replace this faulty water system at the small dog area?

Maintenance was mowing grass behind houses on Carnoustie BEFORE 7am. They must follow AA County noise ordinances and wait until 8am I've called, emailed and facebooked them yet they continue to ignore me. This wakes my kids up!!
