    Mike's Mobile Marine Service is operating the business in a Residential Community. Based on the pictures provide the boats are being delivered by their owners and the repairs are conducted at the residence of 1107 Virginia Ave. At the time of this observation, three boats were present. By the utility pole, on the edge of the left side of the driveway, sitting on a wooded pallet, wrapped in plastic, is a boat engine. It is awaiting pickup by a Marine Supply Warehouse. This individual has been conducting the repair of boats from this residence for a minimum of 15 years.

    Dump trucks running in and out of this property still. 7 days a week. They painted the company sign but obviously still are working. Please do something to stop this. Between 958 and 953 Shore Acres they are still being dump truck and pickups and trailers with multiple employees back and forth. It is only going to get worse when the weather gets better considering they are a landscaping company that still operates out of both of these properties. If AACO zoning can jot help who is the next recommended person or authority to contact?

    So, since you are not smart enough to see that the PUBLIC PARK OFF OF NORFOLK ROAD is there and closed the case I am opening this again. If no action is taken on this immediately, within the next week, I will be pushing this up to the highest levels of government, local and state, that I can. Everyone with a .gov email address will be getting an email. There is no address to this location because no address exists for this spot!!!! Look at the map and see where the pin is dropped... There is no way that there is a valid building permit for this park. Zoning cannot be legal for way too many reasons, proximity to a trafficked road without a proper barrier, zoning on location of playground to adjacent property lines, etc. (P.S., as you're aware property line starts at the curb, easment is only for public utility). This park is also in no way ADA compliant as well so I will be sending emails off to those groups if necessary as well. I will make this easy for you, start on Norfolk road from Richie Highway and it will be on your left once back in the neighborhood, if you hit Twin Ridge you have gone too far... or you could just look at the map where the pin is dropped.

    There is an untagged car in the driveway with flat tires, the property in the back is full of poison ivy, trash, tree clippings and has destroyed my fence several times with downed trees. The owner owns this and the lot next to it and its disgusting and full of poison ivy and trash. The owner does not live here but uses this house to hold his stuff. Not only is this an unsafe fire hazard, but the amount of trash, mosquito nesting water sites and ivy is crazy! The owner also has dead trees that are hung up on other trees. This property is such an eyesore.
