Parking, under a No Parking sign .

This car is routinely parked here for extended periods of time (at least 4 hours already today), blocking the bike lane, crosswalk, and ADA ramp. There are no parking signs present already.

House on 125 Glengndale has a driveway on hill street and is blocking the street and constantly parking on the storm drain which is also blocking my driveway access. It’s also preventing the garbage and delivery trucks from entering the end of hill street. Please get them to move on to their own street and driveway and at a minimum stop blocking everyone else.

It sure would be nice if the ChargePoint electric car charging station was working at the senior center. I hope there are plans and funds to replace it.

A guy has parked in the grass between 400 West Cameron Ave and the street several days in a row. NC license plate # FEP-6430.

This truck has been illegally parked on the north side of McCauley Street in front of #206 for the past week -- and has not been ticketed. Why not?

This car has been parked on Dawes Street since mid-September TN tag BHM 3714. Appears to be abandoned .

As you can see, not only illegally parked in the dead end, but is blocking my sidewalk and stairs, the only way I can get to the street.

I don't want to tattle on any particular person. But I think that the students who moved in from about mid-block of Short Street down to Pritchard were not given instructions about which side of the road they cannot park on...or how many cars they are allowed to have at one residence. I also thought that there was a regulation in Northside about parking in front yards. Mostly...it is the parking on the wrong side that is so frustration...and makes maneuvering sometimes difficult. They sometimes have their cars parked directly under the no parking sign...as if it just doesn't apply to them. But I guess it doesn't apply if they don't ever get ticketed.

Is it true that Chapel Hill no longer provides parking permit stickers for cars authorized to park on the street? If this is true, how are neighbors to know which cars parked on their streets are authorized to be parked there, and which are not?

Will the Town provide lists of authorized on-street parking permits for specific addresses requested by neighbors? If yes, how can these be obtained? (And if not, why not?)

There is absolutely no lighting in this town-run paid parking lot. It’s a recipe for disaster as, after dark, it’s nearly impossible to see when pulling into and backing out of parking spaces. It is not safe and is just asking to be a frequent accident location and, more worrisome, the location of sexual assaults or robberies.
