High level of cars speeding while school is getting in and out!

Graffiti spray painted on the street at the corner of Newhart and Harlan Rd. This is not a city marking, it is vandalism.

2-3 bags of trash in my neighbors backyard I have found 4 dead baby rats in my yard so far this spring

Very high grass fallen trees trash all in the yard.

The board on the backdoor has been removed. People have been breaking into this house.
