GARBAGE HAS BEEN ON THE PORCH FOR OVER A YEAR

House has tall grass, pieces of soffit are falling, alot of debris and garbage on property

trash cans are left out for days or weeks on end after pickup.

Sidewalk ramp /curb is destroyed. Very hard to access the bridge or the sidewalk going to San Marcos / down Broadway- especially on bike or mobile scooter! Hard to even walk through. If you are leaving downtown over the Highlevel it’s on the Right hand side

Once again. junk at curb for over 2 weeks...

Next door neighbor has parked a boat in driveway and refuses to move it

It's become the new dumping grounds the neighbors at 845 been calling for bulk pickup now for 2 months due to the constant dumping & there's still a vacant dumped boat on a trailer full of trash as well pure eye sore to captain Jack have ya reckon lad.. the boat neighborhood kids been climbing on and playing and it's been reported now multiple times now if a child gets hurt ?? Who's to blame the city for not taking a concern serious or whomever is making this vacant lot thier personal sea or trash? For the new neighbors to continue cleaning up & maintaining lawn care.

Very tall grass in back yard. They occasionally mow the front to elude issues with the city. Unopened, neglected in ground pool causing major mosquito growth. Trash piled up aside the house including furniture and debris.

Pool left all winter is full of still water and attracting mosquitoes.

boat trailer has been in front yard for a few weeks now.
