Very high grass fallen trees trash all in the yard.

2-3 bags of trash in my neighbors backyard I have found 4 dead baby rats in my yard so far this spring

The back yard of this property is a mess with dumped tires along fence and collapsed pool. This needs cleaned up. These tires all over breed mosquitoes

This junk just sits against these people's house right on their property line and cars in the grass that haven't moved

I live around the corner from the substation, so I consider it part of my neighborhood.
It may appear to be in a commercial only area, however, their is a residential area just behind it and a park across the street, behind the Kroger and 2 schools just beyond that.
While your substation may not generate any of the great volumes of trash that are on your property, I consider you responsible, as a neighbor, to maintain your property. I have lived at this location for over 10 years and for those years, your property has been an eyesore and area where trash has then blown into the residential neighborhood. When it is then in my yard, I become responsible for it. See how that works? While planting flowers is expecting too much, could you at least keep the grass and weeds mowed, please? It would be a great place for native wildflowers though, or a raingarden, or wetland.

There is a White Ford SUV with no license plates on it parked in the mud and grass in front of this residence and it has not been moved for over 5 weeks now. Why is this vehicle parked on the grass instead of the driveway off to side of this residence

Who ever owns 428 & 428 1/2 potter should be notified that the upstairs tenants are throwing GARBAGE out of the window such as playpens which has been documented and TV's shoes dish racks glass ware and other misc the city came to cut the grass and had to throw garbage out of his way in order to finish cutting the grass & both units have the PORCH & YARD looking like a GARBAGE JUNK YARD the driveway has a black suv sitting in a driveway full of deep dug in mud from the tires the front yard needs to be CLEANED so can you please get a hold of the OWNER because i truly dont think that he/ she realize what is going on or how their property is looking as well as how it is being kept it looks really nasty and they also keep their garbage cans on the streets without pulling them back in their yard the cans are also taking up space for extra street parking they just leave the cans there day in and day out they NEVER pull them off the street they are the only ppl who leave their cans on the street permanently and it's an definite EYESORE can you PLEASE CONTACT THE LANDLORD TO MAKE THEM KEEP THE PORCH & YARD CLEAN
