Neighborhoods PLUS

This field has been an issue for a few years now. The property owner is only cutting the field from Lewis to where the red line is in the photo. As you drive by Lewis, they make you think the field is cut, but it is not cut. The adjacent neighborhood has houses that have backyards that connect to the field. This is a view from a backyard that is connected to the field. There are many concerns that are raised since the tallest part of the grass is now over 3 feet tall. The pests are going to be a bigger issue for those who have this in their backyard. Also, this is concerning for hiding spots for animals and people.
Could the city please set up a schedule to have this field cut this season? Since the past few years, the owner has not cut it to stay at the 8" code. The fence lines are top priority since the field is large.

Back yard too high

Home owner lives next door and still the grass has gone this long. House is in terrible shape, back yard is disgusting. Tenants moved recently and she is doing nothing about fixing this problem. She cuts her own grass but not the one she was renting out .
