Boston 311 PLUS

Sidewalk is broken over bridge. There are holes on it. My dog got its leg stuck this morning. Snow removal from last storm resulted in the sidewalk being torn up.

There are a number of missing brick pavers forming a very large and potentislly dangerous pothole in the pedestrian plaza at Haymarket. The location of the hole is between the entrance/exit for the Green and Orange T lines and the crosswalk at Surface Rd. on the way to the North End. The hole formed by the missing bricks is both large and deep enough to cause a severe injury should someone step into it. Please replace the brick pavers.

The whole sidewalk is a trip hazard but it was the curb stone towering over the sunken asphalt that caused me to trip and fall into the street. Thank goodness there was no traffic at the time

There is broken concrete exposing an open hole in the sidewalk. It’s a hazard.

asphalt patching was not properly repaired. it is hazardous now. please patch properly with concrete.

Unshoveled sidewalk - city has to shovel this or DCR, it’s only way for pedestrians to get round this area

Dock boards on the boat dock are warped and cupped. This is a tripping hazard and is dangerous for kids trying to use the boat dock to get on or off boats.

There's been a lot of back and forth about who owns this sidewalk. The city owns it and it is in such bad repairs, an accident wait to happen, that the city leaves itself open to a suit. Lots of folks are on this sidewalk leading to a T stop. Please send some out to fix it properly. Thank you.
