    Please forward this to a manager. I drove by this after employee closed this case and shopping cart was not picked up. This is the second case today that this employee closed and didn't do anything to resolve the problem

    hello, I'd like to bring your attention to a very dangerous walking route near Storrow Drive. Cars getting on Storrow Dr. West from Beacon St. have multiple ways of entering the on-ramp but they aren't very obvious to pedestrians. Because of this, I have had to stop multiple pedestrians from crossing where the sidewalk ends to avoid a potential collision between them and an oncoming car they did not see.

    There is a sidewalk here but there's no crosswalk or lights which makes pedestrians invisible to the cars, especially at night.

    Put a crosswalk and a light to indicate when it's safe for pedestrians to cross at this intersection.

    Pavement patch in Boylston/Mass Ave intersection is very uneven and dangerous. Needs to be smoothed out. It's right in the bike lane and bikes swerve around to avoid hitting the major bump.
