    Electrical wire sticking up, about 12 inches long. About 10 feet to the left of the telephone phone. This was initially part of my first request where the city took care of an old telephone wire that was sticking out. But didn't take care of this second wire. Thank you.

    There needs to be one of these signals installed on Lovers Lane and Garden Drive. Trying to cross Lovers Lane at any time of the day is dangerous because of the high volume of traffic. Maybe a signal like this will at least make drivers slow down, or even better stop, and let pedestrians cross.
