The on call person responded to this issue, and in talking with the property owner they determined that the lateral from the house to the main was frozen due to the depth that it left the house. The owner poured warm water mixed with salt down the sink, and within a few minutes it cleared. 1/11/19.
Staff will need to collect data at the proposed crossing guard locations. Data collection efforts will wait until the weather improves. Given the conditions, there may not be any pedestrian data to collect.

Please have trash and/or recycling toters removed from the green belt immediately. Toters must be stored away on the property properly when it is not that property’s pickup day.
