    Our little neighborhood park has become a set up and home for all kinds of unsavory activity with the bathrooms at the focal point. One lock off from inside so a couple of pill dealers can sleep the night off. The other set up like a room to conduct transactions. Nice little business going on while the park slowly deteriorates.

    More homeless and now vans are establishing on Wood St. between 17th & 18th St. This must stop! It started with one little tent, now it's a new homeless community taking over the whole block with vans, cats and litter all over the place. My neighbors and I have been calling 311, OFD, OPD, etc. and nothing has been done!

    Dangerous Parking in bike lane on NB Mandela Parkway - Since Pipeworks opened and especially since new gates were added along the fence, many people have started parking on this stretch of very ambiguous curb, that lacks enough space for parking next to the bike lane but has no markings (red curbs/signs) indicating such.

    This is a high speed road approaching a large, dangerous intersection, and people on bikes and other micromobility devices using this key access route are in extreme danger by either being forced into the traffic lane or riding in the door zone near a lot of parking activity. Please clarify what I hope is the illegality of parking here with red curbs/signs and prioritize this corner for some kind of paint/post work to discourage this behavior.
