    Traffic hazard at intersection of Chapel Av and Franklin Av. Stop sign on southbound Chapel is obscured by trees. Also, "stop lines" or "limit lines" on both northbound and southbound Chapel Av were not re-painted after the intersection was recently re-paved. At least once or twice a day we see cars on southbound Chapel Av blow through the 4-way stop without slowing, typically at about 30 mph. Apparently they are unaware that they must stop. Someone is going to get hurt here. At a minimum, limit lines on Chapel should be re-painted, and foliage obscuring the stop sign on southbound Chapel should be trimmed.
