NA - Magnolia Heights Neighborhood Association PLUS

This continual flooding in even a light rainstorm is getting old! Today the water has turned our alley into a river and has made 30th Ave near Sunset grill- West passable only single file and sends a wake well into our front yard! Why is this STILL an issue?

Not interested in the $2,500,000+/yr con job that I'm forced to take part in. It doesn't cost this much to remove commodities.

Owner does live here; he sometime rents it out to family members. Overgrown yard; abandoned car near residence. A big EYESORE to the Magnolia Heights neighborhood! Needs a lot of clean up. Needs to be demolished & sold as a lot to someone. Thank you!

We have not received a recycling container, and we will NOT be participating in this poorly executed program, so we do NOT want to receive one. We would prefer to notify someone in writing, since they seem to record telephone calls only intermittently. We understand--and don't care--that we'll still have to pay the charge.

What address can we write to (ideally email, but postal is fine) to make sure we don't receive a blue bin?

This home is in very bad shape. Mold and mildew all over the outside. The person living there decided to only paint the front half of the house. The people that live there do not work and drink alcohol throughout the day. Random transient people are constantly renting floor space in this house. They have junk around the yard and outside of the home. The city needs to address this issue. SPPD is called out to this house at least once a week. The house is a nuisance for my community

Please come and remove your blue container that was dropped off at my house today. It is out by the curb. Not interested in a program that is beiong shoved down my throat. And I don't like the con job of charging me a fee, then turning around and making money again off my recycled items,. Give it to someone living in a Apartment complex, trailer park or downtown fancy condo. Oh thats right...they don't get theses. Anyway, its out by the curb...come and get it.

This house is a constant violator and his been turned in numerous times for yard parking. Time for the city to hire a code official how can deal with these violators once and for all.

Some Genius thought it was a good idea to make the right lane a dedicated right turn lane at MLK and 30ave... This is a four lane road before and after 30th it does not need a dedicated right turn lane. this either causes people to violate the "Right Turn Must Turn Right" sign of try to get over for just the one intersection and move back over so can return driving in the right lane.. Are you people trying to cause crashes?
This looks more like the city trying to bump up their traffic violations. Nice try now remove it..

From day one when this guy moved into that rental house, he has left the trash containers by the curb 24/7. And the sight of that makes the neighborhood look somewhat junky.

Vacant house

When going North past the Casual Clam's driveway onto 9th Street N, the drivers cannot see walkers, joggers or bicylists when passing. I almost got run over AGAIN today because the driver just shot out over the sidewalk onto 9th Street N without making sure there wasn't a pedestrian coming from the South on the sidewalk. This is an extremely dangerous driveway and somebody is going to get hurt soon. The palm streets surrounding the outside patio need to be cut back away from the sidewalk so drivers can see if someone is coming by. This has been reported repeatedly yet the hazard remains.
