Overgrown weeds continue to be an ongoing issue at this residence!!!! Once again they are overgrown and out of control

There is a pot hole just north of 46th and 37th cross st. Pot hole is north bound on 37th

Property is vacant. Back door is torn off. Pool has a substantial amount of standing green water. Fence is down in back and front. Property could easily be occupied by vagrants or drug dealers. Children could fall into pool and drown.

This was reported this morning, post said crews were out. How can you leave a hole in the street wide open and not put safety cones around it or something. When it gets dark cars or people could fall right in! It's DEEP! You can see barb wire. Please put something on or around this hole ASAP! Before someone gets hurt.

Operating and advertising a business out of a home without a business license.

This front yard has had no ground cover for weeks since they had the sod removed after it died. The dirt is running off into the gutter and next into the bay directly. It’s very unsightly and violates the code as I understand it.

Complete streets are great. How about simply marking roads with some more paint.

Can we get a center line on 38th and if possible a double wide bike lane painted on the Southside. this drag raceway could use some simple updates.

Water pooled in curb due to street drainage issue and smells rancid. Need street sweeper and potential curb slope addressing for rain.
