Getting off of i-95 south onto Boulevard is not a fun experience.

This exit ramp has several major sections that appear to have lost many inches of pavement.

It is an extremely rough section of road that is traveled by many every day. I know my car is no happy with this section of road and you have to be ready for it or it will send you skipping across the lane!!!

LARGE POT HOLE ON EXIT TO 95 SOUTH OF THE SHOCKOE VALLEY BRIDGE LEADING TO LARGE TRAFFIC BACKUP.

The ramp starting at 5th street leading to 95south is broken to pieces and deep holes. The section at the beginning , in the turn, is dangerous especially for the heavy traffic it gets.

All lights are out in the underpass where 64 goes over Westwood Avenue (RICHMOND, 23227). This is a
graffiti-prone area.

South of Belles Rd intersection at exit 69 off I-95

Gentlemen, Please, be advised that I put in a work order recently.The pot holes at the s195 off ramp at Cary St. have been repaired.But, for some reason the bigger pot holes in the middle of Thompson past the Walgreens have not been repaired.Take a right on Thompson from Ellwood Ave. like you are heading to N195 and look for the pot holes.If you don't see them at first keep on going and you'll run over them.They should be before the first intersection you get to.

Last winter the snow plows removed asphalt that smooths the entrance to I95-South at Bryan Park. When you are turning left from Hermitage/Lakeside to gain entrance to I95, the bump is horrendous. It's particularly dangerous because it's a virtually blind turn and you have to cross quickly thus increasing the speed at which you must take the turn and hit the bump. Thanks for your attention!

I bent both passenger side wheels in a pothole in the lane from Board Street west approaching the entrance to I-95.

Hello, the alley behind grayland Ave has enormous potholes. Please come and regrade the alleyway. It is the south side of grayland near the Park and 195. It has been a couple years since this was last addressed.

No customer service response through 644-3000 system regarding street light outages. Spent 40 minutes on hold to a system that I do not believe was working. The same prompt is also through the police department non emergency number. Contacted VA. Power and they gave city number to call for street lights. I do not understand why there was no phone response.
