There are many, many potholes on this bridge that make it difficult to navigate.

Now that there are left turn lanes on both roads why aren't there turn
arrows. One vehicle makes it through per cycle and that's usually as it's turning red because they are sitting in the intersection.

Vehicles, especially tractor trailers, speeding on Gap Newport Pike are going to cause another fatal accident on this two lane highway. There are school bus stops, children playing and small side roads entering onto road, yet the speed limit is 55 mph!!!! That means the cars are going 70 mph on a two lane highway with hills and side streets and bus stops!!! Drivers fight and race each other make it to the front of the line when traveling east on south on 41. A fatal is just waiting to happen...again!

Being a driver that goes on Highland Road Monday - Friday, I see teachers, students, parents, & others speeding in the 15 MPH school zone on a daily basis. They also tailgate the school buses that have our kids on them! This is going to be an ongoing issue until these people get more than just a warning and get ticketed more than once.

This is a 2 lane highway that has heavy traffic, especially truck traffic and the vehicle race up the hill at over 70 MPH on many occasions. The problem is there is a school bus stop, no guard rails and the Octorara School District at the top of the hill. If the police are listening somewhere, please enforce before a child is killed!

The steeleville bridge is in really bad shape, rebarb sticking up through
holes. and when big truck goes over the bridge, parts of the bridge fall in creek
below. VERY SCAREY!!!

Routes 10 and 41 are in desperate need of an isolated turning arrow, allowing left hand turns at this busy intersection. The turn lanes are nice, but with all the truck traffic, you can never make your turn.
