Grass getting high at this Shelby County Tax Sale property

The water fountain has never been completed. It is wasteful because the structure deteriorates much faster. The park is supposedly in phase 3 of its rehab, it is sad to see something good being abandoned like that. There is also gang graffiti on one of the newly installed picnic tables.

This lot is across from my house and it has bags of trash, garbage of all kinds on it, and the grass is high and needs to be cut for fear of snakes and other rodents. This lot is also located on an alley. Please assist me in getting this lot cleaned up and cut.

Has a Rooster and 2 chickens. For the last months the Rooster. Is up @ 4: am every day . Doing what Roosters do.. all thu the day.running around in the yard disturbing the peace and quite..in the Neighbor hood. I tried to deal with.I take it any more.the other neighbors have complained to .Memphis Mayor action line.545- cops have been called. Life is currently more stressful than normal. I have to work I have lived in my home over 20 years.. and the last month I have had very little sleep. With head aches.. I am a Sr.citizen. and need as much rest as possible..the neighbor , I am sure is part of their Culture. They have a big man made wood & stone oven. That they make a huge fire.to cook taco shells.. the fire Amber's fly up.its very dangerous. Due to trees that surround us. We have like 20 trees. I am concerned when the leaves fall & dry.the Amber's will catch on...more important. My major complaint is the Noise Disturbance... I cant take it.i they have lived @ the property only 5 years..I feel like should not have to move just to get some normal sleep.. please do not use my name. For COMPLAINT. Anonymous report.. please speak with this Resident. Their is a noise Ordinance..

High weeds. Inspectors said House is on books for condemnation, but the legal process takes so long. Property is behind 3 yrs in taxes

grass and bushes are above waist high and intruding into the neighbors yard (front and back). trash left in open garage and rodents visible. grass needs cutting immediately. people are not able to walk on the sidewalk in front of house
