    SEPTA's Market Street El reconstruction in West Philly has been completed for nearly 2 years now and Market Street under the El is still torn up as a result of the El construction, loaded with bumps, dips, potholes and "temporary" patches. It is in serious need of a repaving and I want to know if or when it is going to get done.

March 9th @ 2:00 pm 1515Arch St. Rm. 18002 for obvious reasons and don't wish to have this facility on our street.Can You Help Us...........

    This house has no running water. I have witnessed the man who lives in this house toss human waste into his back yard. I have also witnessed him relieving his bowels in the pedestrian alleyway behind his house. Evidence of his poor hygiene are evident in the massive number of flies swarming his house and the block in general.
