    This morning was trash pick up. Thus is what was left behind. DGS gets complaints on this property every week. There is trash all over the sidewalk. These residents throw trash wherever. We are tired of looking at this mess AND cleaning up behind them. The landlord is a slum landlord. Why isn't he held accountable? WHY is this an ongoing issue?

    This property has many complaints over the years. This current issue has been going on for over 6 months. Nothing has been done. This vacant school building is located on 2nd Ave between Tuenis and Stephen Streets. On the Stephen St side the people come and keep adding to the garbage and debris pile. Why hasn't this been cleaned up? It's ridiculous that so many complaints have been lodged and NOTHING is done. This building needs to be cleaned up once and for all

    Please help this is an ongoing issue with feeding, feral cats, housing numerous feral cats and a rodent infestation, as well as skunks, possums, feral cats and crows and raccoons. It’s a menace and the neighbors are suffering and this year there’s a rodent problem.

    For the 7th week this Ford vehicle located on the odd side of Stephen St closer to Second Ave has not moved. There are no plates. Again Monday's are our alternative parking day.....this vehicle has not moved once again. No tickets. Yet other residents were ticketed for moving their vehicles over too early. What is wrong with this picture?

    This is the old school building that borders Tuenis St, Second Ave and Stephen St. So many complaints have been lodged against this property for well over a year. This past weekend there was a truck removing equipment from inside the building. The other debris that was outside for MONTHS were removed. In its place another pile of debris was left. This is ridiculous. Does the city do follow up on issues? Obviously not. This property needs to be cleaned up.

    Newly moved in tenants of a rental property have a "dirtbike shop" in a dilapidated garage and work on motorized bikes reviving engines & riding up & down the block. Multiple complaints made to APD.
