This neighborhood is one of the highest undesirable and drops the value of homes/apartments/business by half. Due to appearance and crime. I have doubled value and desirability in other neighborhoods and this one is next. I combine Pinellas county: Codes, Housing ordinances, permits, DCF, Sanitation, Crime Watch, Sheriffs Department, Commissioner, Arbitrators, Mayer, and the State of Florida. I am relentless, persistent, and i will not stop! LETS ALL COME TOGETHER AND TURN THIS NEIGHBORHOOD AROUN

The dead end sign posted - if you are heading east there is many trees blocking it and you do not see it. If you are heading west you do not see it until its too late and times where the tree is overgrown. Every single day there is 20-30 cars from 7-9am turning down the street because they are trying to avoid traffic and think that the street goes through to 66th street and it does not. Many times I have had people speeding and almost hit me and my dog or my daughter/dog and also turning around in a hurry in my driveway or my neighbors. I've reported it many times and nothing done. -

They just put on license plates(73DLGI) after 2 week. This is parked in between the front of the El Rey Mobile home park and the New Lealman Firehouse 19 on 46th Ave. We also have an issue with a 18 Wheeler truck that seems to think this is his personal parking spot. I will forward pictures of that vehicle also. -
