The intersections at Gray Highway and Nottingham and Gray Highway and Shurling Dr. are a major problem. People coming from Jones County seem to think it is okay to fill the intersection— then the light turns red and they are stuck in the middle of the intersection while those of us with a green light cannot go anywhere. I have seen officers ignore this behavior, but I also believe it’s because there are so many priorities and traffic issues sink to the bottom of the list. It has gotten so out of control that I have sat through a green light up to three times. Maybe cameras strategically placed could be used to identify drivers blocking intersections and ticket them.

No pick up of recycling today. We have no more room for recycling.

I have reported on this stray pit bull before. She is emancipated and has recently had puppies. She is in the Briarcliff Rd. - Waverland Drive area scavenging for food. Her ribs are clearly visible.

White pit bull with brown spots, looks malnourished, is menacing (came at me when walking my dogs), has a collar, has been loose on multiple occasions over several weeks.

Second time recently- my garbage was not picked up. In fact, I watched them drive right by.

There is a crosswalk here that is useless in terms of safety. I have reported this before because I have to run across the street due to traffic going at higher speeds than is safe. Yesterday I saw students from Mt. Desales trying to negotiate the crosswalk and one student barely escaped getting hit by a car full of women who never noticed him.

Water seeping/flowing through cracks in street-- maybe a busted pipe?

This cross walk is used frequently by Mercer staff, faculty, students, and residents. It is also a high traffic area. People drive so fast through here that I have been in the middle of the crosswalk hopeful to make it across. Drivers do not observe pedestrian rules about walkers. Can you install a sign, such as those found in nearby Mercer Village, that require drivers to stop when a pedestrian is crossing?

The dog is on a tether, 24-7, and was trying to reach a small makeshift shelter for shade. I did not see a water bowl. This dog is there every time I pass this house.

Cuttings blocking the sidewalk for at least two weeks

This big tree is dead and is dropping limbs. Could be a hazard to people. It is on a walking path.
