Severe potholing and deterioration of the road surface for the entire block. Road is becoming very perilous.

Large hole/cave in about halfway down, currently marked with a traffic cone. Getting progressively worse each day.

I reported this issue a few days ago, DGS closed the issue and even though I reopened it I have yet to get a response. Basically the right hand turn lane has deteriorated to the point where there are large craters and it is nearly impassable. DGS said the issue was resolved however I have seen no evidence of any repair. It is possible that they did repair it but the patch they used did not hold. However, the situation is very dangerous with cars swerving all over the road and into the through traffic lane. Even if a temporary repair is the only option, something needs to be done promptly.

I am reporting this again because DGS put a little blacktop in the trouble area which had deteriorated back to its old state in a matter of hours. DGS closed my original complaint and didn't respond when I reopened it, so I am making a second complaint, as the problem is still there and still very dangerous as vehicles are swerving into oncoming traffic to avoid the section of road that is basically no longer there.

Road conditions have deteriorated to the point where cars drive dangerously to avoid the potholes.
