    Smokers mistake the bus shelter for designated smoking area. There needs to be very clear signage and lots of it. Also some enforcement would probably help folks find suitable smoking areas.

    Going up and down Depot Street around 7:15-7:30 am.
    Depot street has a "Do not Enter" sign at both ends. As I was walking down Depot this morning around 7:15 Police car 1502 came down the street then turned around and went up it.
