address is approximate - large pothole in west lane of north bound N Thompson just past Park Ave by onramp to 195 - very deep - very dangerous

this issue was previously reported as issue 369506 reported 20170911 closed as resolved 20170915 - the light have been out for days - there are no workinh street lights on the north and south side of Broad between Hamilton and Tilden

all street lights in the 3600 block of W Broad St are out

Trash cans are permanently left on city side walk on the northside of apartment building at 2800 Monument Avenue. These cans are usually overflowing. It smells, it's a health hazard, and it looks terrible. I believe this is in violation of Sec. 23-44. - Times and places of collection; bulk items; brush collection; collection of loose leaves.
(Code 1993, § 31-23; Code 2004, § 86-44; Ord. No. 2007-230-275, § 1, 11-26-2007) and should be addressed by the city code enforcement agency. The picture attached is from this morning October 19 2016 but it has been like this for weeks.

at intersection of 2800 Monument and The Boulevard ... garbage has been piling up on the Boulevard side of 2800 Monument in a recycling can for weeks ... it stinks and its a health hazard ... it does not appear that this apartment building is providing enough cans to hold residents trash.

all of the street lights, on both sides of the street, in the 800 and 700 blocks of N Boulevard are out

abandoned office building at 1004 N Thompson is overgrown with weeds over 4' tall ... an eyesore which needs to be cleaned up
