Is it possible to have some of the parking lot lights on between Hi Corbett and the golf course where a lot of people park to exercise? I arrive at 4:50 and it is now very dark.

did notice that there are speed sensors on Calle Pantera now, I assume to figure out where to put the speed bumps. Will you please consider putting a few of these on Valley View Rd.? Just this morning, we were waiting at the bus stop and a vehicle headed to the high school was going probably at least 60mph in a 35mph zone. Again, a freshly paved road without additional traffic control seems likely to increase speeding. I understand that the Sheriffs Dept enforces speed and likely provides data on enforcement. I’m wondering what the options are for physical speed control on Valley View, especially with a new road surface that will be easier to speed on. Can we consider a speed limit reduction or 4-way stop?

There is a pvc pipe (16” diameter, 10’ long) along side of the road that appeared after recent storms. Removal would be appreciated!

Uphill erosion from road and church is causing a gully to form between our dirt road and the street. There is a culvert probably 8’ from the road that is nearly completely filled. One solution would be to capture some of this water upstream off the roadway (our parcel extends some distance north of this problem spot) and also consider replacing and regrading the culvert to ensure water passes through instead of depositing inside.
