The taxi stand here always has traffic issues because the taxi guys are always shuffling around cars, making illegal u turns and stopping in the middle of the road to chat. This seems to be more of a better place for them to loiter, socialize and block traffic.
Let's either get them to behave or get rid of this taxi stand.
