    Repeated request to have Lawn Service Co. STOP blowing the grass, trash and cigarette butts from the library parking lot/grounds onto the back of our properties and into the alleyway. Several residents had just cleaned up trash and debris when - 39 minutes later the library lawn crew blew their trash into our neighborhood. Had asked repeatedly that they bend over, pick up the large pieces of trash and sweep up the hundreds of cigarette butts. Next time this occurs we will call they police for complaints of littering. .

    Steps were crushed by tree during recent storm. Wooden planks are in alleyway for pickup. Approximately 8 pieces. Thank you.

    Drug addicts/alcoholics have set up a 'camp', which includes furniture under a large tree and subsequent thick bushes in the rear corner of this property. We have repeatedly asked the property owner to rid the problem by maintaining his shrubs. We have had to call police as at times the visitors of this camp are so out of it they have stripped down nude, caught performing sexual acts,using the yard as an open bathroom. It is also unfortunate that the alleyway the runs directly adjacent to this camp is used as a thoroughfare for children going to/from the North Avenue public library. We are requesting that the camp be dismantled and the owner be accountable to the continued blight in the rear of his property.

    Signage impeding traffic. Approximate 8'x4' Campaign billboard has been attached to a privately owned fence which is impeding safe entrance onto main street. Having to drive into moving traffic to see if it is safe (oxymoron statement) to determine whether or not we can turn and/or proceed. This is definitely a traffic safety issue.
