The left turn signal light for traffic turning left off of 68th avenue onto Kateri Drive is not working here. The light is there, it is just not tuned on. I sat on 68th avenue through 4 green lights trying to turn left onto Kateri Drive yesterday. This is a regular occurrence. Could we please have this signal light turned on. At least turn it on for the busy times of the day eg. mornings and afternoons when traffic going to and from the schools and and rush hours period when traffic is heavy with people going to and from work.

Students walking to school in the morning are crossing 68th ave at this light, but for some reason the pedestrian signal lights telling them when to walk/don't walk are covered up with plastic bags. The bags need to be removed so these students can see the signals, and can cross safely. I have seen many students crossing 68th avenue here.

This is the second time I have reported this issue! This is the location of the cross walk for St. Joe and Charles Spencer High Schools students coming from the Mission Estates and Country Club subdivisions. The curbs were put in to show this is the cross walk but NO SIGN HAS BEEN PUT UP AND NO LINES HAVE BEEN PAINTED ON THE ROAD! Motorists have no indication that there is a crosswalk here except for when students pop out from between the numerous cars lined up waiting to get on to 68th avenue. As this is a very congested area due to the fact that the city refuses to put a street light here until someone is killed in an accident, I am afraid that someone is going to be a student trying to cross the street. Why will you not fix this issue?

There is suppose to be a crosswalk at this location. Curbs were redesigned to facilitate this. However, there have been no lines painted on the road to indicate the crosswalk and there isn't even a road sign notifying drivers and pedestrians of the crosswalk. As this is a crosswalk leading to 2 schools this needs to be addressed with quickly, for the safety of our kids.
