Greenbriar Rd E. @ Edna Place trees around power lines need trimming and cut back.

The garbage cart remains at curbside after trash day which is Tuesday for this area. The neighbor does not remove the garbage cart from the curb.

The issue was reported in May. Work order closed and issue remains.

The grass needs to be cut. Also the tree needs to be cut back. The tree limb is block the 25 MPH Speed Limit sign near the caution light. The ROW needs cutting all alone Edna Place.

Recently sidewalks were installed along Greenbriar Road E. A segment of the sidewalk is not adjacent to a yard or flat surface. It is a drop into a deep ditch or ravine like area. It is a safety concern for those in the neighborhood especially for the children for which the sidewalks were intended. A rail needs to be installed along that area. The railing should have been considered in the specs at the time of design of the sidewalk installation. PLEASE ADDRESS THE ISSUE IMMEDIATELY.

Sweep all streets in the Greenbriar Subdivision--Greenbriar Rd., Greenbriar Rd. E., Boxwood Court, Lurcerne, Partridge Dr. Long Acre, Greenbriar Court and Dreyfus. Is needed especially since the windy storm of last Wednesday and Thursday.

Garbage not picked up. The symbol in the street indicate for garbage pickup from the rear of house.

A set of headphones are dangling across the powerline that stretches across Greenbriar Rd E near Longacre Dr.
