    The 35mph speed limit sign here is covered by an overgrown tree. I reported this over a month and a half ago and nothing was done. Drivers cannot see the speed limit and are speeding.

    There are various traffic signs (speed limit, US401 identity signs, warning signs) that are blocked by the trees that are all the way down the right side of the road as you head south into downtown raleigh on Captial blvd. The trees are beautiful, but they are creating a safety hazard by blocking road signs.
