Hill North no longer has a Management Team who responds to or assists the neighborhood. Indeed our so caller Alder Rep. is no where to be found. Given the "Team" is no longer advocating on our behalf, given we dont have a rep on the BOA and given the person from LCI ignores this area what are we left to do to get issues resolved??

Hill North Community Garden has never removed the snow from the sidewalk. In addition, the garden is unkempt and until recently had a tree fallen in it. Please allow those of us who live here to maintain the garden and use it for our vegetables rather than rows of cabbages.

There is only one bin for the entire length of Sylvan Ave. Why is this?? We need garbage bins every block as it is in other areas of the city.

LCI "owns" vacant lot between Elliot and Asylum. Snow is never removed, there is no sidewalk, and the lot is a place for illegal dumping.

This house is in Foreclosure and the people who are clearing it out have left this on the porch. Please contact and get this blight removed. Thanks!

None of the benches where people wait for buses has been cleared of snow!! NONE OF THEM!!! Therefore, people who are disabled or have pckages or even what a sit down, cant because you have left it IMPOSSIBLE to do so!! So, people are crowded on the streets including the drug dealer on Temple blocking the sidewalks! Why is this so hard to figure out???!!!

Spoke to Principal at Career she said that contrary to what has been reported by LCI, no one has been in contact with them concerning snow removal of their property. Given the school is unwilling to show a little civic pride, given either the school or LCI is telling tales I want the property returned to Hill North.

Career High has not shoveled any of their walkways - including their own field walkthrough and their sidewalk on Sylvan Ave. LCI said they spoke to them but that has produced nothing.

None of the benches where people wait for buses have been cleared of snow. For the disabled, the elderly or even people who just want to sit down for a few there is nowhere to do so.
People are crowded on walkways and blocking sidewalks, making getting on and off buses near impossible! SHOVEL THE SNOW!

We are going to keep at it until you figure out how this works ok? Yesterday you plowed the ODD numbered side of the street, leaving HUGE mounds of snow on the EVEN side of the street. You want people to park on the EVEN side of the street, however, they cant because you left HUGE mounds of snow on the even side of the street!! You have done this snow removal thing before haven't you? Because from what I hear from many areas of the city, aside from W'Ville and E. Rock of course, is that you guys are basically clueless on how this works!

CAREER HIGH IS REFUSING TO SHOVEL, PLOW OR CLEAR THEIR WALKWAYS. THE SIDE ON SYLVAN AVE IS A SHEET OF ICE!! THE WALKWAY FROM THE SCHOOL TO SYLVAN IS A SHEET OF ICE! IF LCI contacted them and thats a big IF, they have not responded and there has not been any follow up or follow through. When one starts a job is in incumbent on there to ensure it's completion!!! I will be calling Career High and the Dept. of Education in the a.M. !!!

Elliot St. has NOT BEEN CLEARED OF SNOW!!!! How dare you say that!!! Only one side has been cleared and the crosswalks are still blocked!!! SHAME ON YOU!!!!

There are no bus shelters, benches or crosswalks along the entire length of Sylvan Ave.

The property owner, PULSE REALTY has not cleared their sidewalk of snow and ice.

Car is always parked in no parking zone.

It has been quite enough time since the last snow for Career to leave its walkways and sidewalks. It has done neither!
THe Sylvan Ave. side has NOT been touched and the walkway from the school to Sylvan is a sheet of ice!

Resident has done nothing to clear her sidewalk!!

Last night the unthinkable happened. I sustained a SERIOUS allergic reaction to new medication I am on for my M.S., I had to be transported to the ER at @ midnight! The ambulance crew had a terrible time trying to get around the mounds of snow and had to take a different longer route to YNHH which is very close by. I had to walk down a sidewalk to get to a clear driveway then walk into the street to get on the gurney! WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU PEOPLE!! Waiting for snow to melt, IS NOT SNOW REMOVAL!!! The weather is fine and it is time to get this out of here!!! Should anything more serious happen, I will do what ever is necessary to remedy this!
