They are a small business issue because there are 3 restaurants, a business and bank entrance on this small block. They are a crowd issue and a safety issue because there is a large residential entrance on this block.
The Rock and Roll Marathon starts Sunday and yet they are placed on a work day. Why not place them on Martin St. west of FS by the Post Office?
