    By reducing the road to one lane but NOT banning left turns, entire cycles of the light would let one car though. I spent 15 minutes waiting to pass the intersection, and the backup was amazing

    Some person dumped couches on the sidewalk in front of 49 W Magnolia about a week ago. They're still there and now have bugs crawling in and out of them.
