Graffiti on the utility box at the rear of the building. This is the same utility box that was reported previously but that graffiti was removed and the issue closed. This new graffiti is on the opposite side of the box.

Graffiti on the Rain Bird control box on the south edge of the driveway leading into the parking lot at the Bremerton Bar & Grill. This issue is being carried over from one just closed that had several issues. The original report date was 10-23-2016.

1. Graffiti on three shelter posts (still wet).
2. Graffiti on trash can lid.
3. Paint on table (still wet).

Four of the lights in the patio area on the south side of the Norm Dicks Government Center are not lit during the hours of darkness.

14 of the 33 lights on the steps leading up to the south side of the Norm Dicks Government Center are not lit during the hours of darkness. This is constitutes a hazard for anyone using these steps.

14 of the 27 accent lights on the east side of the Norm Dicks Government Center are not lit during the hours of darkness. This is the only lighting available for those walking around the east side of the building and therefore constitute a hazard.

10 of the 18 walkway lights on the north side of the Norm Dicks Government Center are not lit during the hours of darkness. This constitutes a hazard to everyone, especially those with decreased vision.

13 of the 18 lights on the steps leading up to the northwest corner of the Norm Dicks Government Building are not lit during the hours of darkness. This is a dangerous situation for anyone trying to use these steps.
