    Sidewalk on this section of Webster St, near the 580 underpass seems covered by weeds and dirt eroded from the slope. Or at least I see some evidence of a sidewalk as it approaches Mosswood Park, as shown in photo. Should there be a sidewalk here? With Sprouts and the new development on the other side of this underpass, this stretch of Webster St should be more pedestrian-friendly.

    Pedestrian crossing light on north side of Broadway did not give us pedestrians a turn after 2 full cycles. It is after school, frustrated drivers are honking at high schoolers walking at the "don't walk" sign, but students seem to know that this light does not change in their favor. This is dangerous. This is the 2nd time this week I've crossed this light (as a pedestrian) with this experience. Please visit and fix.

    Crosswalk button at corner of Broadway and Whitmore (at Primavera Cafe) to cross Broadway does not work. It says " wait" upon pressing, and road traffic signal turned green for cars, but never a "walk" signal. I waited 3 cycles of Broadway traffic getting their turn after I pressed the button, and I still didn't get a "walk" light. This is dangerous. Tech students could be driven to jaywalk, even more than usual.

    49th St and Manila Ave intersection is a wreck. Lots of cracks and several potholes. This will get very bad very soon with more rain. Heavy traffic: used by school (parent pick-up, buses), paratransit, cyclists, not to mention cars speeding down 49th to get between Broadway and Telegraph.

    Related to OPW Service Request #467585. The dead city tree was cut down by the city more than a year ago, but the large stump remains. Is there any plan to remove the stump? It may be termite-infested now, or at least I see a lot of burrowed holes in it.

    I would like to be able to replace it with a new city-approved tree. I can plant and care for the new tree myself, but cannot do it with the stump.
