    No Speed Limit sign for SB traffic going across the bridge. Noticed many cars with varying speeds from 50-70mph. Noticed on the return trip heading NB there is a 55mph speed limit sign.
  • Trinity Boulevard Trinity, Florida - Trinity
    The EB approach for Trinity Blvd at Little Rd is a mess (so is the WB too). The approach lane designation white signs are misleading, the right turn lane is a drop lane and and not marked "ONLY" as one, the left turn lane spills back into the through lane causing cars to weave around. Cars will ride the right turn lane only through the intersection and merge back over once they cross.

    Eastbound dual left turn lanes not long enough. Vehicles back up into the Through lane and obstruct traffic.

    The countryside HS has the worst traffic operation process. The WB merge lane from SR 580 from McMullen Booth really needs to be widened to a full merge/right turn lane to the signal at Charles Ave.
    Vehicles that want to leave the driveway just east of Charles cant because WB SR580 cars are backed up at the light at Charles Ave. When they do get across 3 lanes they make a U-turn and head east down SR580. Why not have them exit initially at the school entrance signal at Charles Ave?
    The EB left turn lane at Charles Ave is way to short and cars backup into the through lane.
    Lastly there are only light poles on the North side of the road, can get dark along the corridor and would really help drivers and the students crossing at Charles Ave to have lighting on both sides.
    Serious safety and operational improvements need and can occur here.

    All the speed limit signs on the SB frontage rd of US 19 between Enterprise Rd and Sunset Point Rd are located behind obstructions. Either behind wood power poles or bus stop sign. Recommend relocating unless this is purposeful speed trap?
  • Trinity Boulevard New Port Richey, Florida - East Lake
    The westbound green time at Trinity Blvd and East Lake Rd is very short and lasts maybe 20 secs. Cars are backed up all along Trinity and it takes 4-5 cycles just to get through the intersection.

    The small palm tree next to the wood pole on the SW corner of Enterprise Rd at Main St (SR 580) when looking west down SR 580 blocks the view to see oncoming cars.

    Light Pole knocked over in median. Foundation is exposed and sticking up.
    Located south of Pine Ridge Blvd.

    Street Name sign post knocked over (NW corner) and Ped Signal Button hidden behind shrubs (SW corner)
  • 3000-3044 Ruen Drive Palm Harbor, Florida - East Lake
    Northbound on East Lake Rd at Ruen Dr, the thru lane backs up far enough and the white delineators block drivers from accessing the right turn lane into Ridgemoor Blvd.
    Some drivers drive over them or cut around them pretty fast. See pic.

    3030 Curlew Road Palm Harbor, Florida - Oldsmar
    When heading eastbound at Curlew Rd and making a left onto McMullen Booth Rd, the dual left turn skip lines are shaped too wide. This does not accommodate the approach angle & angled shaped median nose. Outside lane drivers have to take a much wider turn than is necessary. See attached image.

    Countryside Blvd approaching US19. The eastbound dual left turn markings are confusing. The "Only" label applies to drop lanes only. These are not drop lanes.
    The westbound approach is also confusing since the outside left turn lane (of the dual lefts) appears as an additional thru lane at first coming around the bend, but is not. Maybe extend the solid lane line further and add more turn arrows notifying drivers sooner?
