    No parking restriction signs at all - parking by out of state cars daily.

    There use to be 2 hour zone 6 signs or maybe parking meters - now there are no signs or meters and the entire block is used by out of state cars daily for all day parking.

    There use to be 2 hour parking - Zone 6 exempted signs - they did construction on that block but now that it's finished there are no parking signs of any type on this entire block.

    Parking is extremely difficult in this area especially when congress is in session - these spaces are all being taken as "free" parking for cars from Maryland, VA and Arizona (on a daily basis I think they might leave the there overnight as well because it's always the same cars)

    Zone 6 only signs would be the best on this block but even the 2 hour signs would help -

    It use to have tags from Louisiana and belonged to someone who lived in my Building (423 18th St NE) when they moved out they left the car in the yard next door - I don't have their contact info but I know the car is abandoned

    The abandoned property at 417 18th St, NE never mows their back yard. It was fined and mowed one time by the DC Gov't last year and has not been mowed once this year. I can send photos but it is already jungle like back there and there are weeds, trash and animals living back there.
