Walk button incorrectly located: crossing busy roads is dangerous and walk signals can make it safer. Common practice is to put buttons perpendicular to the road which the button affects. Not so this one: it is parallel, confusing, less likely to be used, and therefore offers less safety. Please fix it!

Keep Buses on Schedule! The 28A East was scheduled to arrive here at 9:36 but came 3 minutes early--I saw it from half a block away--and missed it. Stay on schedule!!!

WMATA Planner Failure: planner is useless if it can't find legitimate addresses, as in this case.

Public transit is too hard to use!

The WMATA route planner sent me on a WMATA bus to the West Falls Church Station at 5:59 to catch a Fairfax Connector bus at 6:05. Plenty of time except I couldn't find the Fairfax Connector and there were no signs to it anywhere. Finally I asked and found that my bus was downstairs at the opposite end of the station. Who knew? As a result I missed my connection and was an hour late. This transit worker was less than helpful. Please, for the sake of the transit public, put up some signs and learn to be user friendly!!!
