    The bowl at the skate park is completely covered with graffiti. Some of the elements in the flat area are also spray painted. The areas need to be painted gray. The park was made with CPC funds and is near our beautiful elementary school.

    There are not dog waste bags in the dispenser or a container for them. Waste is left at the beach entrance. There is not sign educating the public on the leash law or the waste issue.
